CRUSADE FOR COLLECTING - LECTURE 6/5/13
FotoDC is proud to sponsor Jennifer Schwartz' lecture at the Goethe Institut on June 5th from 5:30 - 6:30pm. Owner of Jennifer Schwartz Gallery in Atlanta and the online photography project, The Ten, Schwartz will talk about her Crusade for Collecting – her mission to cultivate a new crop of art lovers, patrons and collectors. Jennifer will speak about the genesis of her Crusade and the ways individual artists can use the same thought principles to build audiences for their work.  From developing unique programming at her gallery to working with photographers to build their own collector base to driving a 1977 VW bus (affectionately named Lady Blue) around the country to bring art to the people, Schwartz’s Crusade is one you want to know about.  This lecture is free to the public and seating will be limited - please R.S.V.P. here: CRUSADE FOR COLLECTING
