The American University Museum will exhibit Facing Change: Documenting America. Facing Change is a unique photography collective engaged in a long-term project to document America. The groups’ ten members, working independently, are inspired by the FSA photographers of the 1930s and ‘40s. The exhibition presents photographs by Facing Change members together with FSA photographs from the Library of Congress.
The opening will be November 7th from 6-9 pm. in the Kreeger Lobby immediately outside the American University Museum. The museum is located in the Katzen Arts Center at 4400 Massachusetts Avenue, NW Washington, D.C. 20016. During the opening parking will be free in the garage located immediately below the building.
The exhibition will be on view from November 7 through December 13, 2015.
